I am excited to bring to you our 14th Edition of the BAT Listing Portfolio Book. The first few pages of this book showcase who BAT is as a brand, detailing our vision and our purpose.
The next pages discuss our services and offerings and how we believe that adds value to our clients in this competitive landscape. We strive to set the bar high.
The remaining section of the book is dedicated to showcasing the Hamptons, including restaurants, farm stands, beaches, and our current exclusive inventory of listings. In an historically low inventory market, BAT still commands a large market share of Hamptons properties both on the market and in our private market collection.
